Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Hand digging with a shovel
- Meter reading
- Water service repair and replacement
- Fire hydrant repair and replacement
- Utility markouts
- Emergency response at any hour, including weekends
- Working independently to maintain effective productivity
- Collaborating with team members to complete challenging tasks
Requirements
- Safety-minded and dependable
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Technical and mechanical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in harsh environments and all weather conditions
