The above rates for 0-5,000 gallons notwithstanding, the minimum bill for any quarter is $8.00.
Quarterly invoices include a $25.00 1.4-dioxane surcharge.
Meters are read and billed quarterly. Water bills are due upon receipt.
Pursuant to New York State Town Law, unpaid water bills and charges may constitute a tax lien, with a 10% penalty, against the real property owner.
