To the Consumers of the South Huntington Water District,

The South Huntington Water District has hired a contractor to conduct a water loss/ leak detection survey to ensure our distribution system is operating as efficiently as possible. This work takes place at night when water use is at its lowest. The contractor uses highly sensitive audio equipment on various parts of the water distribution system to detect leaks that are not visible. Please be aware that employees of the Upstate Leak Detection Company may be in your area conducting this survey starting Monday October 23rd, and will continue over the period of several weeks.
