NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the South Huntington Water District has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at 8:30 A.M. at the South Huntington Water District Office, 75 Fifth Avenue South, Huntington Station, New York to consider the following matters:

Comments on the proposed budget for the District for fiscal year January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, as required by the applicable provisions of the New York State Town Law.

The enactment of a Resolution effectuating changes to the tax rate and water rates of
the South Huntington Water District, effective January 1, 2020 .

A copy of the proposed 2020 budget, tax rate and water rates are available on the District’s website and copies can be viewed at the District offices during regular business hours.
