Public Notice

Notice is hereby given, that the Annual Election for the Office of Commissioner of the
South Huntington Water District will be held at the Administration Building of the South Huntington Water District, 75 5th Fifth Avenue South, Huntington Station, New York and at the King of Kings Evangelical Lutheran Church, (Ante-Room), 2601 New York Avenue, Melville, New York on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, for the purpose of electing one (1) Commissioner for a term of three (3) years. The polls will be open from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Nominations to be on the ballot must be made in petition form, copies of which are available at the Water District Office, subscribed to by at least (25) registered voters of the District, and must be filed with the Secretary of the Board of Water Commissioners at the Administrative Building of the District no later than 4:00 P.M. on September 25, 2020.
